Job Coach (IP) Description:
To train and/or supervise clients placed individually or in groups in Supported Employment.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Learn the specific job tasks the clients will be required to perform Perform some job tasks during the time clients are in the initial learning phase.
Set-up natural supports at the workplace Track and document billable hours Educate and assist clients with company policies and procedures Participate in clients' planning team to develop goals, objectives and natural supports Mandated Abuse Reporter NEW HIRE BONUS - $750.
