Clinic Manager- Bilingual Chinese

Primary/Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Manages and oversees the administrative operations of the clinic staff.
Builds strong positive communication with the clinic staff and work as a team to enhance the success of the clinic.
Ensures that both Front (Check In and Check Out) and Back office process the patients timely and appropriately.
Ensures dissemination of information to the clinic staff, providers, and other department managers on any updates and/ or changes in the clinic's protocols.
Trains new clinic staff and provides continuous training to existing clinic staff.
Creates work schedule for the clinic staff consistent with the clinic's operating hours.
Delegates duties appropriately to the clinic staff.
Assists in hiring clinic staff by interviewing candidates.
Monitors, coaches, develop and evaluate performance of staff on an ongoing basis in accordance with applicable performance standards.
Ensures clinic flow efficiency including financial efficiency.
Handles and resolves patients' complaints and grievances as per policies and procedures.
Responsible for assuring patient service needs are met.
Monitors patient service feedback and contributes to the process of resolving complaints and service issues.
Ensures the clinic sites and medical records are always prepared for audits.
Assists in the development and implementation of special clinic projects.
Attends Management, Staff, QI meetings, and other meetings as requested.
Maintains HIPPA and OSHA compliance at all times.
Qualifications for Clinic Manager 2
years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting Bilingual Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions Must be customer service oriented and prepared to liaise with patients, their families and other care providers Extremely organized and detail oriented Work Schedule/Hours 8 hours shift Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday (rotate every 3 months) Benefits and Compensation 401K (matching up to 4%) Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance PTO Holiday Pay Paid Personal Leave Others Job Type:
