We are seeking a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages to our customers.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks - Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area - Ensure high-quality standards in beverage preparation and presentation - Follow health and safety guidelines in food handling and preparation - Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or questions - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food industry or as a Barista is preferred - Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures - Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus - Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects as needed If you have a passion for coffee, enjoy providing excellent customer service, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
