You will collaborate with your team to ensure that our members are supported in all areas of electronic services.
Access Federal Reserve for processing and/or confirmation of wires.
Resolve complex member questions and complaints related to electronic services.
Process shar/loan transactions and adjustments.
Complete log for all Regulation E error resolutions.
Supports Card Services, including but not limited to processing card orders, block lost/stolen cards, unrestricting cards awards redemptions.
Assists members and staff with digital banking related questions.
Processes items deposited via Remote Deposit Capture.
Contacts members regarding potentially fraudulent payment transactions.
Assists with various department responsibilities, including, ADH, bill pay, and share drafts.
Review department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy.
Available to work the Credit Union's core business hours, Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED Ability to be bonded and retain status One (1) to three (3) years of similar experience - preferably in electronic funds transfer Strong verbal and written communications skills Computer and software proficiency (MS Word, Excel, Financial) Accurate typing/data entry and processing of data; ability to work on a PC for 6-8 hours per day Ability to evaluate, plan and prioritize work effectively and independently Must be adaptable to different and changing situations and solve problems Ability to deliver courteous, friendly, and professional service Ability to work independently with minimal supervision F & A Federal Credit Union is an equal employment opportunity employer.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
