Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dish and Prep Team Member to join our team at Gram Cafe & Pancakes.
As a Dish and Prep Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our kitchen and assisting with food preparation, contributing to the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans Clean and maintain kitchen surfaces, equipment, and storage areas Assist with food preparation, including chopping, slicing, and assembling ingredients Follow recipes and portion control guidelines for consistent food quality Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth workflow and timely food production Receive and store food supplies and ingredients Perform routine cleaning tasks as assigned by the kitchen manager Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to insert weight limit ) Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow High school diploma or equivalent How to Apply:
