Human Resources Director needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Monterey Park, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and communicate human resources programs and initiatives.
- Advise management of directives related to new policies or changes in current policies.
- Supervise secondary Human Resources staff and be accountable for ensuring that the department's personnel actions and operations are compliant with relevant Federal & State policies.
- Augment and evaluate a new employee orientation program by addressing the training and organizational development needs of current employees that align with the company's strategic plan.
- Advise internal constituents on classification needs and staffing requirements that incorporate the short-term and long term goals of each department.
- Oversee and direct employee separations within the work place and coordinate applicable employee exit activities.
- Counsel management teams on implementing relevant performance management practices within the department and assist in addressing performance problems in accordance with company procedures.
- Provide leadership to Executive & Management teams on suitable hiring practices promoting diversity efforts within the departments and assure equal opportunity in all hiring, promotion, and related HR decision making.
- Address and satisfy the strategic needs of the business.
- Introduce, lead and influence change management initiatives.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's Degree
- Six (6) years of progressively responsible human resources management experience.
- Proficient, strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
- Strategic planning and complex problem resolution expertise.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
- Experience directing a mixture of recruitment, compensation, employee relations, position classification and employee benefit matters.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team management and communication skills.
- Strong influencing skills at executive level.
- Evidence of solid commercial relationships and the ability to establish respect, integrity, and reliability.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
