Executive Chef

This industry leading, diverse, & award-winning fine-dining restaurant company, with spectacular locations from coast-to-coast, is seeking a seasoned culinary leader with a back-ground in upscale South American cuisine who can add a modern twist.
Solid banquet and high volume (over $10M) expertise is a must as well.
In depth expertise with all aspects of culinary operations, cost-control, leadership, guest-interaction and ensuring adherence to company and sanitation standards are sought.
Experience with both catering and a la carte at the same time are a must.
Candidates must possess a deep passion and commitment to delivering exceptional product and delicious food, followed by a dedication to creating lasting impressions and unforgettable memories by providing guests with one-of-a-kind meal experiences.
This position can grow into responsibility for a two-unit position.
Excellent benefit package.
Base salary plus bonus and commission on service charge.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
