Join a team that? s working to fulfill its vision to be the world? s most trusted financial group.Project Management Process Analyst, AVPJob SummaryThe Project Management Process Analyst will help driveexecution through designing, developing, and improving MUFG internal projectmanagement processes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain standardsand operational procedure documents for the IT Project Management ProcessCollaborate with ProjectReporting and Project Quality teams to validate alignment with the projectmanagement processesWork with technology partners to gather requirements andassist in documenting new processes and procedures to ensure alignment withproject management practicesProvide functional andprocess expertise to assist training team to develop training materialsIdentify new approaches andsolutions to the current project management process and design,develop and implement the changesParticipate in theeffort and work with multi-discipline partners to develop Agile/IterativemethodologyProvide leadership and direction either as amember or leader of a teamApprox. 2-5years? experience in business process analysis in operation/operation planning orproject role.Demonstratedability to multi-task, work under pressure, think analytically and communicateeffectively between IT andnon IT users.Ability to deliver solutions including both system function and non-systemsupported manual proceduresAbility to lead related parties with different interests to reasonable consensus.Roll-up the sleeves, positive can-do attitude required.Strong analytical,facilitation, and process mapping skillsProficiency with MicrosoftVisio and Microsoft SharePointAbilityto see the big picture, understand project objectives and be able to applyunderstanding of how processes should workThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
