Project Coordinator Monterey Park, CA 6 Months Supports complex projects of diverse scope where coordination requires review of identifiable factors Supports and in some cases, determines key business issues, develops effective action plans and implements to successful conclusion Takes meeting notes, logs issues, action items and decisions, and follow up on the status Creates meeting materials and initial draft of project deliverables (project deliverables are owned and the responsibility of the manager) Builds out visuals as needed to support the team Schedules cross functional team meetings associated to project execution Coordinates stakeholder, legal, and compliance review of and feedback on all materials Coordinates asset production and procurement with internal creative studios and purchasing departments Supports pre- and post-production testing activities and duties Facilitates risk/issue project related sessions to drive to solutions May provide support for budget tracking Maintains project deliverables associated with Client's Project Management Life Cycle Education/Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree and /or equivalent and 5 7 years of experience branding, communications, or healthcare Previous project coordination experience required Medi-Cal knowledge and experience a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to successfully interact with all levels of management Ability to work independently and as a team member Knowledge of Client of CA or similar health care organizational structure preferred Prefer knowledge of the health insurance, IPAs, MSOs or ACOs a plus Thanks & Regards Praveen Narava Latitude 36, Inc Sr.
