Job Summary:
Financial Analysis Manager is a key member of the Integrated Services for the Americas Division Finance team. This position will be reporting directly to the Director of Finance. In this role, you will be responsible for the central planning function within ISA, preparation of complex analysis, executive presentations, and financial reports. Plan and analyze major spend components and identify notable trend lines. Function as a change leader to seek and implement continuous improvement. Working with senior management, you will liaise with the various clients across the ISA Finance Team, Corporate Finance, and Business clients.
Major Responsibilities:
Set cadence and guidance for annual planning, forecasting, and actual reporting activities for ISA Finance
Review reporting changes and compare to various financial reports for accuracy and adherence to accounting regulations
Maintain and improvise the current workflow and financial models to understand the financial risk and opportunities within ISA
Recommend changes to the budget based on management strategies, business activities, and future needs
Works with business areas to determine needs and build/maintain the planning assumptions
Independently conduct investigations and correct information when necessary
Prepare forecasting and explanations of variance to budget to management / FP&A
Explains financial practices and accounting treatments to internal clients
Establishes financial assumptions and critical decision variables
Provide written analysis and interpretation of results
Performs additional duties and special projects, as assigned
General responsibilities will be 65% fiduciary budget/forecasting responsibilities; and 35% ad-hoc activity
Additional Information:
Typically requires a four-year college degree and/or Master's in Accounting or Finance (or comparable work experience).
5+ years of increasingly more complex responsibility in performing financial analysis.
FP&A experience required
Requires the ability to conduct complex financial analysis
Familiarity of Hyperion-based ERP and Business Objects is a plus
Strong understanding accounting month-end close activities (GAAP accounting)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
Detail-oriented with the potential to work efficiently and independently with little supervision.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to include listening, verbal and written skills
Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under time pressure and handle multiple tasks/projects at the same time.
Problem resolution skills with strong analytical skills, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with clients and technical staff
Ability to understand complex financial complex such as cost recovery/allocation and capitalization (SOP98-1)
Ability to work with all levels of management.
Ability to influence and drive change (self starter)

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
