Product Cycle Manager, Consultant

Job Description: Serves as lead of the Medicare portfolio implementation team responsible for driving the renewal of existing products as well as the launch of new products/enhancements. End-to-end owner of product cycle including the development of best practice processes to deliver products accurately and timely to drive positive internal and external customer experiences.  Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Enrollment, Sales, Pharmacy, Customer Service, Compliance and Legal teams, etc. to drive tactical planning (such as workplan), timeline, engagement and accountability.  Secures and supervises cycle team resources and planning which includes: resource management & production including IT as part of initiation and planning phases Critical Skills and Abilities: Project scope management and change request process Accountable for tracking quality and timeliness on all work efforts and reporting progress to the required governance entities, including Leadership Develops and sustains detailed knowledge of all product types and plan designs. Educates others to deepen and expand their knowledge. Understands and complies with Federal and State regulations, Blue Shield regulatory guidelines and Blue Shield policies and procedures. Integrate organizational change adoption activities into planning. Determine product implementation feasibility and complexity and engage BSC Compliance and Privacy departments Manages and monitors issue and risk identification, escalation, risk response development and resolution Capture lessons learned in close-out phase. Identifies and leads continuous process. Works collaboratively with others on the Product Mgmt team to consistently develop products across the portfolio. Serves as Lead of the Medicare Portfolio implementation team. Works closely and collaborates with Implementation Manager in the delivery of the responsibilities/duties described above. Requirements: Strong analytical skills and problems solving skills. Experience leading cross-functional teams within an organization. Previous project management experience required. Six Sigma Green, SCRUM, PMP or similar process methodology discipline preferred Requires Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of prior relevant experience. Master's degree preferred Health plan or consulting experience preferred Medicare/Medi-Cal experience preferred. 18002E7

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
